Bike 20mins at a good speed to the gym
If the first excercise is a squatvariant, do 5 squats without a bar and on the 5th stay down and stretch all tendons by forcing my knees out for 30 seconds. then do 10 squats at high speed with only the bar
If the first excercise is deadliftvariant, stretch the hamstrings 3x30sec, then do 20 speedreps with 70kg, 15 with 100kg and start
if the first excercise is a benchpressvariant, do 50 reps with only the bar, no arching and legs relaxed, focus on speed from the 20th till 50th rep. (this is an excellent way to get the rotator cuffs full with blood and heat).
