First day back in the gym yesterday, quick cardio session. Gonna hit the weights tomorrow but dreading it. Ive lost so much muscle in the last three months, replaced generously with helpings of fat instead.

WWE isn't a sport. It's just a bunch of juiced up second rate actors pretending to beat the $#@! out of each other.
Professional Wrestling is like theater with the potential for serious injury. The "Fights" are scripted and heavily practiced for hours before showtime. But that doesn't mean that the Wrestlers don't get hurt.

mines pretty meh these days :p but emphasis on heavy and good form.

Monday legs: 6 sets of squat, 3 leg press, 3 leg curls, 3 leg extensions, 4 calves
Tuesday back & tris: 5 sets of pulldown, 3 tbar row, 3 seated rows, 3 standing lat pushdown, and 10 sets of tris(i mix them up)
wednesday: 6 dumbbell shoulder press, and coz i messed up wrist all my raises i am doing with cables so about 8-10 sets of different raises, 3 smith machine behind the head shoulder press, 9 sets of bis(first 3 really heavy)
Friday: 50-60 pullups in 3 sets, roman chair front and sides(about 9 sets), 3 front bridge, and 10 sets of abs
Saturday: 6 bench press, 3 dumbbell incline press, 3 cable flies, 3 cable cross, 3 light high rep smith machine incline press
good but very heavy

Vince Mcmahon has tried for years to distance the WWE from being called a 'sport', he hates the concept of it being seen as a sport, to him it's entertainment, or at best 'sports entertainment'.

Even if the winner is predetermined, it's very very dangerous. You have to take care of your opponent. Austin got his neck broke in the ring, Triple H tore his quad (off the bone I might add too) twice in the ring. Knee's get blown out, bones broken. It's not as good as it used to be in the late 90s and early 00s, but the wrestlers themselves deserve respect in my book.

gotta figure that out my man :D i am guessing you have a fast metabolism so it will be as hard(discipline) for you to gain weight as it is for some obese person to lose it
My diet is shite nowadays. I literally eat anything I want except for breakfast and post-workout. Lunch may vary between chicken wrap, bread with hame and cheese, rice, etc. Dinner with chicken, pasta, red meat, etc. Mix up some sweets in between too. :D

Trying out a new gym tomorrow but I can't remember the etiquette? Do I pee on the dumbbells and sniff the machines or the other way around :boh:
