Apparently my body fat is 12.3%, which I find hard to believe... Guess it all goes to my gut. I can only imagine what it would be like if stopped drinking Coke.

Growth has slowed down, perhaps I need to up the protein-calorie intake? Yet, I'm setting new personal bests every week. Almost mastered a certain machine already :p

Creatine, is creatine. Buffered it gets taken up more efficient yeah, needs 2.3grams instead of 5(monohydrate)

Thing is, monohydrate is dirt cheap. never pay over 15 euro for half a kilogram.

It leaves the plant in bags of several kilograms, selling at like 2/3 euro/kg

new personal bests : growth ;)
Coke (normal) is extremely bad. It causes an insuline spike and drop, wich result into bad growth hormone levels (unless you inject insulin, wich is borderline suicidal), whilst the peak increases the fat in the blood.
Diabetes patients who have their ilness for +40years, tend to have huge cardiovascular issues, cause of sugar drops and peaks and bad insuline dosage back then.
Well, if you feel their pain, use coke, it does the same in half the time !

I haven't been running much lately, lucky enough if I run twice a week adding up to around 20 km. This has been the case since summer and I really don't like it. Crossfit and yoga have been taking a lot of my time, not that I am complaining I love both but I also love running and alas with the family it is somehow impossible to do everything. Strange enough I managed to take the stroller and run 13 km just now, why strange because it felt like I ran 5 km. Good form is good form and this makes me happy.

Cool.

Do you think I could mix 5g of creatine with a full serving of this? Note that this already contains 5g of dual creatine in itself.

I'm taking them separately currently but I end up so full with all the water.

my advice if you are trying to put on mass is to invest in monohydrate and whey and thats it, which should cost you about 30-40 dollars a month tops, if you have excess cash throw it into food, thats the only way i know to get big, stuff your face. The rest is a waste imo

I'd add cafeine to that list.

Me personally, i take Assault from Musclepharm before, cause its perfect and dirt cheap, and a post workout blend after.
rest is filled with a blend of 6 diffrent kind of protein for variable takup rate.

But tbh, pre and post workout is the least. Eating enough comes first. I'll go as far as stating that meat > proteinshakes, cause it has all kind of precursors to various biochemical pathways

budged imo :

eat enough protein over a day > eat enough slow disgested carbohydrates over a day (oat,rice/pasta) > add more meals thanks to protein shake > vitamin supplements > creatine > cafeine > preworkouts > post workouts > replace cafeine with ephidrine > anabolics > growth hormine > insuline

basically

This one has more protein and carb intake per serving though. Again, forget the price in that link, I got it for way less.

My only concern is if I need to add to the creatine already in it.

Is it true that for creatine starters, one need to take 5g 4 times a day for the first week?

My diet is totally ruined right now. I'm eating a lot of slow disgested carbohydrates. I don't think I'm eating any protein apart from the shake of course.

20 grams ? thats far to much

5 grams/day is enough to maximise the creatine deposits in the muscle. takes 4 weeks to max if you dont eat alot of meat, less if you do.

I do 5 grams before and 5 grams after training. Because creatine increases cell volume. That doesnt give you extra strenght, but it will enhance recovery.

And in muscle training, better recovery is everything as it allows for more brutal training.

I thought so. The guy at the shop I bought this from told me that from the second week onwards, I only need to take 5g pre and post workout. After 8 weeks, take a full 4 week break from creatine.

I'd say I'm regular.
