Would it be OK just to take 50g after workout? Or shall I take 30g for breakfast too? I'm loving my oatmeal. Can it be mixed with it?
i say you should take in at least 200 g of protein a day, spread over 5-6 meals, your body should only be able to process about 30 at each sitting unless it's after workout, i dont know about you but i'd rather sub of the 5-6 meals with a protein shake and a fruit

Yeah, me too.

07:00 - Instant oatmeal
10:00 - 30g weight gainer
13:00 - White rice with tuna, olives and corn or chicken/beef wrap
15:30 - Banana/Apple
18:00 - 50g weight gainer (after gym)
20:00 - 400g chicken breast/beef

Whatcha think?

You should incorporate some nuts into your menu. Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts are all very rich in protein. You don't have to eat 500g at once, because they are hard to digest, but 150g-200g would probably be enough to help you add some extra protein to your diet. Just my friendly advice. :)
