I don't really care about breaking down lean muscle. My thies, calves & triceps have increased in size, while my ass, stomach, chest and face have dropped fat. I feel really well with a ton of energy every day, I sleep better at night and I'm able to stay much more focused for school - those can't be signs that I'm doing it wrong
I don't know if I was severely overweight, I'm 186 tall and weighed in at 101kg when I came home from vacation, I felt like fucking Obelix.
I'm pretty sure that I didn't drop more than 2kg this past week though, went out drinking friday, had McD on the way home. Ate chocolate Saturday and stuffed pepperfruits today :lick: .
I'm starting to have severe Rocky Balboa moments in the woods though, getting pretty good at jumping rope.

So far so good. I've increased my calorie intake and am sticking to about 200g of protein a day, which makes progress seem faster. The weight gainer is helping a lot.
