After a week of september exams and a week of moving to our first appartment (with current gf), i've finally been able to train again today.

doing a bill star 5x5 week to get back into it. Went pretty good today, but i have this sensation that i'll barely be able to walk in a day or two :D


Oh, Nzoric, unless you are severely overweight, wich iirc you are not quite, 10kg in 4 weeks is to much.

2kg max at the start of a diet and 1kg max after the third week, is really the max you can (legit) push it without breaking down lean muscle

After 2 weeks (september exams, moving to appartment) and two relaxing training sessions last week, finally doing the real work again since this week.

2 days in, my back is crippled, chest is hurting, shoulders refusing to work and arms weigh like 5 tons.


Ah, so good to be back into it :)

I don't really care about breaking down lean muscle. My thies, calves & triceps have increased in size, while my ass, stomach, chest and face have dropped fat. I feel really well with a ton of energy every day, I sleep better at night and I'm able to stay much more focused for school - those can't be signs that I'm doing it wrong :D

I don't know if I was severely overweight, I'm 186 tall and weighed in at 101kg when I came home from vacation, I felt like fucking Obelix.

I just hope your weightloss per week drops down a bit, dont wanna be burning that muscle to much !
I'm pretty sure that I didn't drop more than 2kg this past week though, went out drinking friday, had McD on the way home. Ate chocolate Saturday and stuffed pepperfruits today :lick: .

I'm starting to have severe Rocky Balboa moments in the woods though, getting pretty good at jumping rope. :D
