As a boxer, i'd highly recommand doing "jumping based cardio"

wich is mainly running and trendmill. You would get pretty good results when doing intervals.

Dule or Jack have more knowledge on the cardio/running matter then i have, but i know its hands down the best cardio.

One thing tho. I'd try to put 30 mins of cardio in at least 4 days, if you really must grind down the weight.
HITT and Plyometrics are great or building speed, explosiveness and cardio endurance.

I'd recommend a lot of broad jumps, box jumps, knee tucks, short sprints, hill sprints, etc.

This is a solid work out. You can mix up the exercises as much as you want. But some version of this is usually my Monday morning. Only thing you have to worry about is looking like a goofball in a public park.

Nothing wrong with slowing down if you're hurting.
 My heart rate is still at 80, 3 hours after the run/walk/run. At full rest I'm at 60. Is it normal or I'm going to see Elvis soon?

Instead of all this you should all play some football.
I have no friends so I'm not gonna go to the park and ask some black guys if they want to play football with me. I'd need to bring a gun first.

Average resting heart rate for males is 60 to 100. So you're fine. Probably just coming down from the shock the run put into your body. The issue would be if your heart rate was still in the 100s. You could probably have a heart rate in the 190s during exercise and be just fine.
