@Fint Good looking base you got there man, and quite ripped enough. Your body is telling me it can pack more on traps and back tho, and that goes pretty fast actually, and u'll look twice as massive

barbel row, machine row, cable row, wide grip pulldowns, close grip pulldowns
dumbell shrugs, barbell shrugs, barbel upright row, racked deadlift, at half height, so u isolating the higher part of the back.

those will get that triangle bigger in no time, and further increase the back aswel.

remember, a good benchpress requires a good back, when done correctly.

I love swimming but I'm picky if I go to swim and burn I don't like crowded pools, I take my swimming pretty serious. That's why I haven't been doing many lately.

I'm running though Mondays 6km and Thursdays 7km.

Yea I swim in the afternoon after I get off work , don't get that burned, Luckily I don't have to worry about people in the way aside from my wife; I swim in a lot of Circles lol cause I have a Doughboy pool in my backyard, but it does the job.


I will eventually have to take a incognito pic, so my wife don't think I'm Gay or Metrosexual.

Cheers for that Zach barbell and cable rows are something I definitely want to incorporate into my workout for sure. I do many of the others you've mentioned :tup:
