Nah, its just "healthy"

Life is about doing what you really want, especially in sports. You like running and are pretty good at it. But you dont wish to starve urself to have the fat% of professional marathon runners, who look anerexic anyway.
I'd say you found a good balance tbh.

ANd doesnt everyone have a bit of a tummy when seating ?

Question, increase in protein equals an increase in spots? :scared:

Noticed recently that I've been getting sports on my forehead despite rarely ever getting spots previously. The only thing I can attribute it towards is the increase in protein I've been ingesting through food and supplements?
