yeah on shoulder raises some 2 months ago, i can still work out at about 80 90 % capacity but when it gets real heavy its a distraction and it affects my grip
2 months ago and still no recovery? thats a long time if you havent rested it of course.
I have been off the bars for more than a week and yesterday hit the chest and ended with a shoulder pain but its ok today.
Nah, the pain was more irritating than it was painful. I took some rest and after that started using some bandages to immobilize it so I can workout. It's still not flexible as it should be but it's slowly healing away.
Just went jogging after a long time. Walked to a park nearby, and did some jogging and a bit of running. I am pretty tired right now. I'll need to continue doing this for some time.
Just started working out seriously again. I hope I can keep it up this time. This is the longest I have ever stuck with a routine and its only been like 2 weeks.
I took 10 days off and started again this week. Man I love the pump you get after taking a break, nothing like it. Can't wait for chest/biceps tomorrow. But legs on Friday.
