True. You just do so much more on game day. Haven't measured my BF in a while now, but it definitely hasn't gone up and it was 8% last time. I agree with you, alcohol, beer especially makes it difficult. But there's a difference between beers too. For example, a beer after a workout can actually be helpful in building muscle. This doesn't really hold true for your average pint though, but it is true in case you drink dark, brown beers. Which happen to be excellent in Belgium
