you shouldn't do anything when your tank is empty to be honest. But give it a go and see how you do. If you feel any diziness - you know what to do :D

Of course it is. You just have to work out more. I work out 6 days of the week for at least an hour during the off season. During the season I work out 3 days a week, have 2 soccer practices and 1 game.

I know I'm one of the happy few who actually enjoy working out, but there are ways to make it fun.

To get definition? It's not possible.

It is if you drink one beer per week, but nothing else. If you drink like 5-6 then you can't get your abs and definition in that area, even if you workout 6 days/week.
I don't know man.. I have definition in that area. And so do many of the people on my team. We're not heavy drinkers, but every once in a while we'll drink more than 1 beer, mate :D.

You run a lot and you're probably slim. Despite all that beer I guess you have ~10% body fat. But it's not just a training for you, matches too. You burn a lot there and you can't compare it.

But one beer has as much calories as one big meal so you do the math. It's not really possible. If you want to get definition then you gotta watch what you eat, do cardio and skip alcohol.

True. You just do so much more on game day. Haven't measured my BF in a while now, but it definitely hasn't gone up and it was 8% last time. I agree with you, alcohol, beer especially makes it difficult. But there's a difference between beers too. For example, a beer after a workout can actually be helpful in building muscle. This doesn't really hold true for your average pint though, but it is true in case you drink dark, brown beers. Which happen to be excellent in Belgium :D.
