I just had this for lunch and PWM.

Screw BB food. :p
Je li to buranija?

I see. Well, it's much easier if you use protein shakes, that's like 60g of protein every day, it's easier to balance it.
Yeah, but don't use protein shakes as a meal replacement, that's most common mistake when it comes to BB and supplements.

It has some truth in it as you have to avoid every kind of crap in it, from sugar, fat to carbs and fiber.
Aren't fibers good to speed up metabolism and loosing fat?

:D

It's easier when you're working out just to get bigger (and defined) without having to focus on abs. Much, much easier.

If you're planning to get a 6 pack there's no way you'll do it with that food. You know how they say: if it tastes good, spit it out :D

I don't need a 6-pack if it means eating crap all the time.

Oggy, to je bio paprikaš. :D

I'm really annoyed at myself, I doing supersets at the moment and the one I'm having trouble with is at the end:
12XLunges with 8kg Dumbells both feet
15 Push Ups
12 Step up to sholder press with 12kg dumbells on both feet

So I should be doing 24 and I'm managing about 13,ugh :sergio:

Question:

Cardio makes you lose body fat? I read how they say that jumping rope is the most effective cardio exercises? They say 15-20 minutes provide amazing results.

I don't get it, how can that be better than running...or even on the same terms?

You obviously carry too much. Reduce the weights you're using and get back on track.
