Its terrible, but Ill do them for a couple of weeks and see if i can incorporate them without dying inside.

This amount of pain must bring some gains, thats just my uneducated hope :D
They have only brought me pain and misery. But they might work for you.

Find it hard to keep balance doing them unless I go shoeless
Yeah and if you do them barefoot it's awkward for the non-working leg.

I hate them. Probably the most uncomfortable exercise ever.
Exactly. Which is why you can't load the exercise properly. For me it also put too much stress on my knee.

Thank God I'm not the only hating that exercise!!!

Oh, and today I realized I trained for eight consecutive days :D
You're gonna be crippled :tup: :lol:

Just done with back, man i love doing row exercises.
Standing lat push downs also, possibly my favourite exercise

It happened by accident, also two of those eight days were cardio/tabata/cycling, so we could it call an active rest :D

Still, that's some serious going :tup:

Gonna be hitting the gym 5 days a week for the next 5 weeks myself. Sun holiday in Ibiza coming up :D
