Olympic lifting position, my PT taught me that way. It sucks but it's probably better to learn it this way to be good when I start o-lifts

It's really not that bad over time. It takes just a few weeks getting used to it.

The worst part of O-lifting is learning to be comfortable pulling heavy weights off the floor with the hook grip. It sucks so bad at first. Thumbs feel terrible.

I would love to start Olympic lifting soon but idk if it's worth doing by myself. The reward -risk ratio doesn't quite add up
Yeah. It's not the greatest idea to try to teach yourself how to O-lift off youtube videos, or online stuff. Very technique dependent lifts.
