To be honest, I only only integrated the squat for the first set, then switched to dead lift/military press.

Did regular squats afterwards

It was a bit complex for a 'novice'

Anyone got pointers on propper form when doing dumbell overhead press? It doesnt feel wrong when I do it, but my lower back is arching like crazy and Im not sure if its going to mess me up in the long run.

@Kieselguhr Kid Do you have any suggestion for a skip rope to buy? Do you know if the Nike ones are good?
Leather is the slowest. Also the most painful to err with (think of welts from being whipped). If you want an upper-body workout thrown into the mix, a heavy leather rope can do the trick, but you won't be skipping all that fast compared to lighter weight plastic ropes, as well as difficulty adjusting lengths, and generally more expensive cost due to price of leather vs plastic.

Don't buy one of the standard foam-handled PVC ropes. They're pretty terrible.

It seems the plastic-coated speed ropes with 90 degree connection are the best out there lately. The 90 degree connection really helps, spins smoother, avoids kinks, better rhythm, etc. And they're very reasonably priced.

This is the rope I have, and I find it's amazing for speed. The bearing system works amazingly well. I've had it for a couple years now. http://www.roguecanada.ca/rogue-bearing-speed-rope

Then there is no hesitation I will order this one https://www.sportamore.se/produkt/76148-s-gear-speed-rope-svart

I don't think we have a Rogue dealer in Sweden and I don't want to wait for an overseas order. The one I posted looks like it has thew same construction as yours.

Yep. Very similar product. I can't read the website, but for purposes of durability and a higher quality product, you might perhaps want to purchase the model one step up from that one. I think it's the 179 SEK one instead of the 79 SEK one. 79 SEK seems awfully cheap ($10?)... https://www.sportamore.se/produkt/73017-master-speed-rope

I might be wrong on this though. The differences might be negligible. I know I originally had one of these speed ropes at around $13 and the bearings wore out in a few months. This new one, albeit twice as expensive, has lasted for a couple years. Prices in Sweden may be far different for quality products than here in Canada, I don't really know.

Yes, you are probably right but I am extremely bad at skipping so I ordered the cheap one now and I will see how far I progress. My goal is to do a double under tabata and if I can achieve that then I'll buy a better one. They are probably the same as you said but the cheaper product is more likely to wear out faster. Look at this one for example,

http://www.ebay.com/itm/141139386937?_trksid=p2060353.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

$4 and free international shipping. They send the tool for adjustment with it and the seller is willing to lick your balls if you leave him a feedback. I ordered two of them as well....
