Set new benchPR and equalled squatPR but at lower bodyweight

240 and 160kg @118.2 kg

And for the first time, low quality picture taken right after.

A good deadlift is very mechanical and CNS specific.

It improves greatly when dedication specific time for it

A bodybuilder at my gym for example can squat a few reps 170 and benches over 100(dont know how much) but struggles to pick up 70-80kg

I've never actually met someone who can full parallel squat more than they can deadlift.

I could deadlift over 110kg the first time I went to a gym as an 18 year old, and could barely full squat 90kg.

Yeah, the most notable offset is deadlift vs bench tho

Long person, long arms, usually strong back tend to deadlift ALOT compared to benchpress

people with a short, rounded torso and short arms, are bad at deadlifts but can bench a ton.

Considering the jump in power from gaining another 2 kg of water, i recon i'd be at 160 bench/290-300 deadlift, wich is close to double

Not surprisingly to hear, i'm 1m91 with a wide shoulder torso and long arms, but not a pronounced ribcase. I can grab a deadliftbar at an good angle but my bench ROM is insane
