hehe i think i corrected you like 5 times, i tore my pec, back is fine you jinxer
my brain just failed there, i knew you couldnt bench because of injury, remembered it was the pec now.

so does it hurt with every weight or just after a certain amount ?

I can do 5rm's with my rotator, given that someone helps unracking the weight, and that i dont fuck up my angle

I have to be completely honest, you can build a great back.

but to make it goddamn huge, you need deadlifts

i've allways trained my back very hard, yet only since about a year i do deadlifts, and its a massive diffrence.

You can see this easely when comparing strongest man competitors and powerlifters to bodybuilders

the first two, have huge backs that really stand out, while the second, has more defined backs, that are mostly made from growth hormone

I'm now in my second week of 5x5 program, and I'm really satisfied. I only switched to extended version with clean to press workout. After every training I can barely move, but I lvoe it. Also from today I started taking protein, bcaa, creatine, multivitamins and omega 3

Finally a training without pain in the cuff, and nearly got my 3rm on bench out.
squat form also improving
Doing 1 training a week for the past 3 weeks wasent a bad thing apparently.

Back to 3x/week from this week tho
