I started being more careful with what I eat.. I started it the 20th of june and now, the 11 of july I lost 5KG! I just stopped eating doritos and drinking coke xD...
now I want to take it a step further... what should and what shouldn't I eat? I allready started swimming and doing weightlifting and all.. any tips?

What are your goals? Gaining mass or losing weight/tone up?

Where ideally one should eat 5 to 6 times a day.

but i don't agree
2-3 times is better

A big portion of people confuse hunger with dehydration where your body only asks for water.
when your stomach rumble you say your body wants water?

5 to 6 is the correct number. Just control the quantity of calories you consume.

Not really, at least not for healthy people. Which meals do you eat? If you don't eat breakfast it means you're not fueling your body through the morning, and no one needs huge portions for dinner.
I would literally die if I eat only twice per day. The meal that I will never ever miss is breakfast.
