Broke a bone in my hand and am absolutley gutted that i can't lift weights or box for about 6 weeks.. does anyone know of a good exercise plan that would be possible for me to do until then?
I highly doubt it. My favourite exercise is no exercise. One of my co-workers uses it and I just tried 3 of the basic yoga moves she showed me. Doing the moves are fine. Holding it holding it however is a bitch.

Ok my running performance is getting destroyed by the fact that I can't breath through my nose. My airway isn't working for some reason and I end up dry heaving and hyper ventilating, cutting my runs to about 2 to 3 miles. Which sucks because I can do way more.
