Broke a bone in my hand and am absolutley gutted that i can't lift weights or box for about 6 weeks.. does anyone know of a good exercise plan that would be possible for me to do until then?

Ok my running performance is getting destroyed by the fact that I can't breath through my nose. My airway isn't working for some reason and I end up dry heaving and hyper ventilating, cutting my runs to about 2 to 3 miles. Which sucks because I can do way more.

I heard it's insane, but still banned in many countries.

Recently I've been thinking to get some creatine and try it out.
i can only work out after at least 2 meals, dont ask me why :D

Jack3d is actually much better than the other NO supplement imo as for creatine just make sure you stay well hydrated

Too expensive for me, but I'd probably try it out at this point.

Not so sure about creatine. I heard it gives you strength too.
