:agree:

Messi was just sentenced for tax fraud, the Neymar transfer was a total scandal and Barcelona had a transfer ban.

Ronaldo is being investigated for tax fraud, Mourinho is accused of tax evasion, Modric is going to some trial aswell and Real Madrid had a transfer ban.

Not sure people give a shit honestly. People are fickle, they remember stuff like this for a day or two and after that it's forgotten.
Not the fans in Italy. Absolutely they don't. The remember that and take it to the graves. We get shit on in Italy constantly and this is another reason for them to fabricate shit.

We get a bad publicity because it involves a transfer with an English club or the biggest English club and this news will follow in the mainstream English media.

Don't underestimate the power of their media. This news will be everywhere.

Its pretty obvious that its what happened. 30-35m is not a normal agent fee, so there probably was an agreement between Raiola and Juve of a percentage of future sales, which could be considered a way to try and get around the 3rd party ownership rule.
Along with the tickets to Ultras, bringing back a doctor heavily assoiciated with doping, this brings a lot of bad publicity.

Our management should stop fucking around and follow the rules.
Absolutely. I'm sure our management has been aware of the fact, that we were bending the rules again. I hope we get away with a fine, but if we get a transfer ban, it's also our own fault, not that of all others involved.

That's true but they don't need any reasons to hate and talk shit about Juve anyways. It's the one constant in Italy regardless of what Juve actually does. Don't see any reason to take the Italian anti-Juve brigade seriously anymore.

I'm more concerned about our wordwide image and don't see something like this having too much effect on it regardless of how this concludes. Might be better to wait for the decision before stressing about this.

"we want to confirm the squad that reached the final but we will monitor anything that can happen in regards to transfers in"

"a consistent offer has come in. We don't have the intention to sell anyone but if a player decides to go, which has happened in the past, they have to go because holding a player against their will isn't good for anyone involved. However at the moment such a thing hasn't happened. We hope to hold onto everyone. "
