Actually, i do not like us selling vidal.
But i try to understand this decision.
Maybe the reason are :
1. Vidal's contract will end in 2017. Keeping him means we should increase his salary or we would sell him cheaper than now at next summer.
2. He had knee problem before. From february to july, his knee was ok but we do not know about his knee in future.
3. We already have khedira, pereyra, sturaro, and asamoah. Maybe they could not do what vidal did. But they are very capable to be decent CM.
4. Vidal can drive while drunk when he had important task like copa america.
And i still try to understand why juve sell vidal this quickly.
But i try to understand this decision.

The way we sold Tevez was a joke itself never mind what we did with Vidal.
Considering how well Tevez did with us last year, and what we got in return from his sale, I rather we did keep for the final year than have leave on a free. This was a tender moment to tell the world we are here to stay among the best, and now we go and sell our two best players? Heck had we proved we meant business by doing well next year maybe Tevez would have changed his mind, and Vidal would have stayed. Next year was supposed to be the year we did well, instead we adopted the typical small club looser mentality; buy players who are either not being used from big clubs or players from small teams.

Vidal's sale will be heart breaking, but enough of this small club mentality bs, please. It is not even that much of a financial gain to justify what you are suggesting, and no guarantee of success keeping star players, could go either way. We saw what happened to inter holding on their main core milito, maicon and the rest after treble season.

We're not a chairty case. Man Utd forced Rooney to stay, and now they've managed to rebuild with him on there team.
We've basically told our players they can leave cheaply whenever they ask, and told Europe we are prepared to sell our players who are under contracted.
No facepalm can express the Vidal sale if it's true.
Not that I'm disrespecting Moratta here, but he's messed up big time
