So is our season over before I has begun since Conte might not be around?

Did I not get the memo?
not the memo, you just missed the entire point as usual. the season is not over since no one mentioned that, it's just that it will be a difficult season considering we are juventus and coming off an unbeaten season AND all this because each time we struggle we will it will hurt to know that its because figc screwed us all over again

but for some who think they are supporting sampdoria or palermo its no biggie

No one said the season is over, it is just speculations on how and where we will struggle, nothing is definite. I might be proven wrong and it won't be the first time, actually I lost count...I said the same thing last season when we assigned Conte and he proved me wrong with style.

every season is a difficult one, but compare our squad with the rivals, it is extremely superior.

combine that with the 'winning mentality', it is not as disastrous as you are making it out to be.

not to mention we already have a trophy under our belt.

I really am not too worried about Milan, Inter, Roma or Napoli so much this season. I am more worried about ourselves imploding on the field without the right leadership. :nervous:

With players such as Chiellini, Buffon, Pirlo, and Marchisio, the last thing I'm worried about is a lack of leadership

not saying depressed times ahead fool, i dont care if its not difficult for you to watch your team struggle after an unbeaten season
How do you know they are going to stuggle when the season hasn't evne started yet?

With a better squad, on paper, than last year's as well

I'm quite curious about how things will go during Conte ban.

Will be an interesting study of just how much of the coach's role is in the preparation during the week and how much his presence really counts on matchdays.

That's why you should keep doing it.

Marotta: 'Tough to buy for Juve'
By Football Italia staff

Juventus director Beppe Marotta hit back at Zdenek Zeman and Walter Mazzarri, then revealed “there aren’t many easily available players.”

The transfer guru spoke ahead of tonight’s Serie A opener against Parma in Turin.

“We are the team to beat, as we have the Scudetto on our shirts, so we must be motivated and read the games well, seeing as everyone will give their best against us,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

Bids for a star striker have included Robin Van Persie, Edin Dzeko, Stevan Jovetic and now Fernando Llorente, but time is running out.

“It’s not easy to operate on the market, as there aren’t many easily available players, but we’ll see. Marco Borriello? He is a Roma player and we are not in talks.”

Coach Antonio Conte is in the stands due to his 10-month touchline ban in the match-fixing scandal.

The suspension and his protests against it have sparked comments from Roma boss Zeman and Napoli tactician Mazzarri, who suggested he ought to receive another ban for criticising the sporting justice system.

“I choose to ignore the insulting comments from Zeman and Mazzarri. Instead I’d like to say that I understand Conte’s bitterness at what he is facing. He was cleared of a shocking accusation, which pushed him to speak in a Press conference.

“He is very direct, but stayed within the rules and did not insult anyone. I feel there ought to be an immediate reform of the sporting justice system, because the stakes are very high. If Leonardo Bonucci and Simone Pepe had been banned, it would’ve cost the club €25m, so they have to be certain when deciding on a verdict.”

I love it how he names Cavani and Llorente as our primary targets and puts Dzeko as secondary to them where in fact Dzeko is a done deal.
