The purchases we made so far guarantee that we will be at least as good as last season. There was a big probability that our players weren't gonna go for the 2nd time in a row through an injury-less season. In a year with possibly 10 more matches, some of them really hard, we weren't gonna be as good as last season if we didn't make the buys that we made. Now we have a player who can give us Mirko's creativity, we have a player who can safely replace Vidal and Claudio without the team feeling the absence of a starter in CM. We have an even superior RWB to the ones we had already. If we add Lucio, there is a very solid option in case of a CB injury. Our depth is actually amazing. At least three players and at least two great/very good ones for every position, bar a couple of positions - the CF and LB/LWB position. Rarely a team has quality everywhere so I won't be surprised at all if we just go with PDC, Caceres and Giorgio for the LB/LWB.
That's why I expect a big change and addition only in the CF department. Perhaps two or three other additions for depth, but not necessarily. The CF position though is where we will act and our mercato will be finished, as far as the incoming transfers are concerned.

If we somehow manage to earn 25m eur from sales, which is imo achievable even if Marotta is giving guys like Melo, Krasic and Elia for peanuts, you will realize that we're only in 12m eur minus and we should definitely have money at least for a +20m eur CF. And if that guy comes we might actually sell one of Matri/Quag so we might even go for a LB after that.

You will either calculate the full comitted sums, or you must co-calculate ALL the installments we will pay this year, from past transfers.
Which is nearly impossible to be done correctly by us, IMO.
So unless we calculate Matri's, Vucinic etc, installments to this year's transfer budget, we cannot ignore the fact of the full ammount we have commited to some of the transfers are quite double than the one you mentioned there...
So i d rather say that we have commited about +30mil on Asamoah+Isla, in the same fassion we did with Quaq, Motta, Giacche and Caceres in previous years.
15mil on Giovinco and Leali.
Soon 5 more on that young forward, 10-15 on Pogba+Veratti = roughly 60-65mil
No reason to calculate Caceres, Giacche etc, as the sums were comitted in previous transfer budgets.
Hopefully we will make at least 20-25 mil income from transfers this season. And we will consider the 15mil investment on those youngsters as extra budget, due to our special status. But i doubt that we can spend over 30-35mil, as a total for the remaining transfers...and that only after a succesful straw of sales, a department Marotta really sucks...

From your past calculations, it seemed to be about 55mil net+the income from sales.
If this pattern is confirmed we might have a good idea of what to expect this year, after the sales are concluded.
At any case, no matter how we calculate it, we know that this year we have already commited about 45mil already, without considering those incoming 3 youngsters. But we still made no real profit from the dead wood yet.

We can't calculate the full sum of Isla and Asamoah because they are co-owns and we don't know if we will decide to buy them at all next summer. We are calculating them as co-ownerships, because that's what they are. If we sell Melo's half tomorrow for 7m eur to Inter, with the right to buy him for additional 7m eur next year, we won't count it that we received 14m eur, we count it as 7m eur which will SURELY arrive on our account.

It is certain that we will buy them, even if they pull Motta-like performances.
