I lost my way in ep 02. The "child with superpowers" is such an overdone, derivative Sci-Fi cliché, it part ruined it for me. Even if I liked the dad as the lead physicist in Manhattan.
Sure, you could say Clarke should be excused from guilt by having been at the origin of the cliché. But an adaptation should almost know better than to play into something so overly trite it ruins the storytelling.
But I suppose given the name, you'd have to scrap the whole project.
Fargo season 2 was great. I finished it yesterday and also read that season 3 won't come in 2016 but we have to wait until 2017. I also think it's good to make us wait a while to miss this genre a bit.
I also finished Peaky Blinders season 1 and @swag, I think you should give it another shot, it gets better. I think I will start with the second season soon.
I am also happy I left Homeland 5 so now I can watch the entire season in a row which will be just in time for Banshee kicking off in January.
