I don't know why you are criticizing it so badly, I find it entertaining, violent but in a good way.
Way too brainless for my taste and too much exaggerated as well. I couldn't stand seeing a girl getting stabbed like that and surviving, that cop shooting a guy who was holding a bazooka just to explode himself.. dialogs didn't offer anything as well. Some enjoy pure action but I can't stand if it's based solely on that. After first season I can't say I liked even one character.

On the other hand Person of Interest is what I like when it comes to action and entertainment. But it offers more than that which is what makes it a lot better.

Realistic violence is rare though. There are often scenes when someone keeps on punching a guy who's already down in the face.

If that happens in real life the victim will die or be severely injured. In just about any tv show they only need days to recover.

You two seem to have too high a standard for entertainment. :disagree:

I'm not saying it bothers me. It's just that in pretty much any tv show the violence is a bit too much. I think Breaking Bad did a good job with Tuco though. He punched a guy like that and the guy did die. So there you.

Unfortunately the Spanish speaking characters in Breaking Bad have horrible accents and are clearly not native speakers so that did bother me a lot :D.

I don't know, when i watch Banshee, it gets me at the edge of my seat in every episode, the same feeling i had when watching both Sherlock and GOT, so I really recommend it to people who have not started and is looking for purely entertaining TV series.

leave the complex, smart, twisted tv shows to Netflix/HBO, we have plenty of that, House of cards, True Detective, Fargo, etc.

The only thing i would criticize on Banshee is that Ana is not that hot, and she has so many nude scenes, would have preferred some more hotter Ukrainian/Russian/Czech actress to play her role. other than that, it really is the most entertaining series for me on tv currently.

I've been a PLEX user for over 5 years. (I've yet to check out Kodi.) And as long as Netflix existed, I've despised them. First for their lame offerings. But still for being the same dicks as the traditional media companies and aggregators, just a different network.

So when I was late to discover the SS-PLEX channel for PLEX (just this weekend :sergio:), I was like, "Holy crap!" Die, Netflix, die!

It's amazing. BringThePopcorn is pretty good, but the depth and TV episode-based organization on SS-PLEX is really surprising. It needs more categorizations and filtering on criteria beyond just alphabetical sorting and new additions. But it's really impressive for how well it's catalogued a huge array of streaming content from multiple sources for the same movies, same episodes, etc.

It is gonna wean me off more of my old-school torrent use, that's for sure.
