i love how you put a request in there in between ... (its so annoying, the more time goes the more i find myself stumbling to find the required word, you know what i mean, when you say something nice about someone to get something in return, either i am getting dumb or i havent had enough sleep)

Also, most sites I belong to allow you to click on the site header, and that performs the Refresh function

(ie clicking on "Juventus Community Forums" )
