thx, and indeed, this will be put in perspective, we are already doing this now, the advantage of having to suffer such a deasease for 3 years for us is that we were, at least kind off, prepared for this so, at least for me and I have a feeling also for my mother, it is now a closure (too soon but it is now so) of a very bad 3.5 years and a start of a new period. One in which we appreciate health, people, and all the small things that will make life beautifull even more.

Up until now, it is going ok, we have been waiting for this moment for months already so at the moment, we are handling it fine, time will tell if we will get a dip in this positive thinking or not, but up until now, it has been going ok.

I am so sorry to hear about this. That dad of yours fought this, fought it hard, and fought it well. I've known more people than I care to count that have succumbed to this awful disease who didn't put up 1/5th of the fight that your father did. It may be small consolation, but know that your father was not waiting to die, but he was fighting to live. My thoughts are with you, brother.

So, after 3.5 years, the story has ended, yesterday evening at 22h45 my dad has passed away after he lost his fight with this terrible desease.
I thank you all for your support during the difficult moments I had, I will never forget all of this, even though according to some, this is "only a forum".
