I dont fine them (except for red cards or horrid form), but I tell them them off and say they havent been good enough or I'm the boss you are being unprofessional. Quite a fair bit of them back down.

Also I tell them to fire their agents, that usually takes care of some of the disgruntled bs.

How do you guys deal with players constantly getting upset over not playing?

Players who aren't in my starting eleven are constantly bitching about not getting enough playing time and trying to sow dissent into the overall squad. I understand it to a point but theyve gone too far in this edition, every 20 y/o squad player i have expects to be a starter, its $#@!ing ridiculous

In my game I speak to the player, and i tell him in calm tone "unfortunately [player in their position in starting 11] is playing better right now, but you'll get your chance if his form declines" can't remember the exact text. but it has worked every single time with me and this is my 6th season

I never fine unless its a straight red card, and i only warn for 2 yellows, Discipline been always great this way with me

when a player complains to get sold, you tell them calmly also "the bid I received wasn't good enough, I'll accept if I received a bid that match your ability", and set the asking price to an insane number, in a few weeks he backs down

That second bit sounds like a great idea. I managed to keep morata because when real sent 28ml offer i demanded 250ml and they immediately dropped interest even tho they couldve had him for 30...

what do you guys think of Icardi in this game?

I need a FW who buries chances with regularity. I'm creating loads of good chances in this game but my strikers fire straight at the keeper or miss the goal altogether way too often...

I have the cash to spend but most of the big name strikers have no interest in joining Juve

I sold Mandzu in my game and he scored 32 goals in one season with psg

In this game player tactics is basically all about using the right man in the right role, psg must have used him as target man cause thats what he's best at, my sole striker is CF. so what kinda striker you looking for?

Anyone else finding away games a pain? I can stomp Real Madrid 4-0 at home and then lose away to Carpi and Frosinone...ive tried playing more conservatively, with different tactics but for whatever reason it's like my players just crumble and fail to do their individual jobs. my team has great morale and my pep talks at least seem to motivate them from the feedback given

I'm not sure, I actually usually get better results away..

Tell me about your away tactics and pep talks?
I usually defend at home and attack away in knock out games, careful never to 'expect a win' in away games pep talks, it puts more unnecessary pressure on the boys.. also perhaps it's something tactical, but I cant say I know what exactly you doing wrong

I think someone else was saying something similar earlier here. Really changed my game, a great advice!
