The new collective deal is not like the 1 in England, where every1 gets the same amount.
40% is shared equally, 30% based on history/recent success, and 30% based on the number of fans. It will still be less than the €90.4m we received from domestic TV rights this past season (as of March 31, 2009), but Juve will still be the top earner.
I'm not sure what it is for Juve, but I remember reading Milan only get 50-60% of their match day income since they do not own the San Siro. With our own stadium, we would be getting 100% of the match day income.
If our attendances stay the same in the new Delle Alpi (that wont happen), assuming we currently only get 50% of ticket sales, based on figures up until march 31, 2009, we would be making an additional €15.1m a year from the new stadium.
Obviously our average attendance will not stay at 22k, as it was this past season. I would expect at least an additional 11k fans on average, meaning an additional €15.1m a year, for a total of €45.3m.
That figure ignores the sellouts from Inter, Milan, Roma and Fiorentina as well as big CL games. It also ignores the 120 VIP boxes in the new stadium which I am sure are very expensive. Not to mention all the commercial facilities (restaurants, shops, museum, etc) that are a part of this stadium project which will also bring increased revenue (though I think this source of revenue is shared, since we loaned this commercial space to Nordiconad for €20.25m. I imagine they get the majority of money generated here, but we still get a chunk).
In other words, w/e money we lose on the new domestic TV deal will be made back from the new stadium.
