Malouda would be perfect for our left wing, where we to use a playmaker centrally, such as Almirón. He has excellent pace, something we have been missing for quite a while. I would dare say that we haven't had a decent attacking player the past 2-3 years that has been genuinly fast. Someone who can make those runs down the flanks and into the penalty box.
I agree. Malouda is a great player. If we can't get Ribery, Malouda would be the best alternative. Malouda is less influential than Ribery though; Whereas Ribery is somewhere inbetween a typical winger and playmaker, Malouda is purely a winger.

although he may be a very good player but dont you think we need more of a playmaker type player or a more intelligent player. As i see Malouda as more of a pure winger.

Did Matrix deserve the red card? NO
Grosso has all the right to dive since Italy were punished for no reason(It's not like he dived nyway)

Malouda dived early on so France can get an early goal n then sit back n enjoy(just like they did with Portugal), but Matrix was there to teach the United Nations of Football not to mess around with Italia
i didnt say matrix deserved the red card... and you cant say its ok to dive if your player got sent off unfairly, thats the view george bush takes when he invades a country "they misdemanded my peoples, correlate an invasion"

Italy were mistreated more than once on the big stage n u know it

It was about time a decision came Italy's way

I've met people who label Italy as cheats yet they never watched one match for Italy(n the match with the Aussies, ppl kept saying Grosso dived although 99% of them hadn't watched Matrix's red card, this is how much Italia is hated)

Of course, Ribéry would be the most natural successor to Nedved, as they have some similar qualities. I like Malouda, though considering Lyon has no reason to sell him and we're trying to lure him away from the CL, it would cost us. Ribéry hasn't had the best of seasons and much of the WC hype around him has gone, perhaps now would be the time to snap him up.

excuse me? why dont you try to read my post, i merely commented that it doesnt make it ok to dive if your player was unfairly sent off as that is a ludicious philisophy that will get you nowhere in life.

its about time a decision came our way?? what are you talking about?? italy aren't singled out for unfair treatment although i must admit the constant disallowing of our goals in japan/korea became a bit tedious after a while...

i for one dont label italy as cheats but i must admit that we like a bit of the old 'amature dramatics' and in grosso's case i dont label it as diving, simply as smart play, then again i dont class diving as cheating if your smart enough to get away with it. Grosso could just have easily squared the ball to gila or whoever was in the centre for an easy goal, but it was late and he was tired so he fell when he had contact, and rightly so because it was a mistake by the defender to commit to the challenge in the first place.

and your point in bold.... what difference does marco's red card make when discussing grosso's dive/penalty? and please get over your paranoia about italy being hated, only blatter hates us NOT all the referees

Yes, many referees hates Italy and we often have 12 players against us. (referee included)
