He;s going to score a lot of goals. :)
Yeah, I need someone with more football knowledge to confirm the following: I feel like we lack a functioning plan B if we're behind. I think having a target man like Llorente could be a good plan B, we could play long balls from the defence and Pirlo to Llorente who holds up the ball for midfield runners.

We seem to also lack a plan b when its still 0:0

True, but we can make some minor changes like pushing the wing backs higher up the pitch and Mirko dropping deep to collect the ball.

I think Anelka might become our plan B, he's an interesting player when it is still 0-0 or if we're behind, in order to force a goal we could switch to 3-4-1-2 formation, with Anelka as a treq for 20-25 min's.

I'm looking forward to Nando, I just wonder who could be his partner in attack, I can't see him and Vucinic working really.

Nice.... very nice.
He is tall but is very agile and creative with th ball at his feet. Doesnt seem to panic and man.... that dribbling in the 1:03 was fuking Del Pieroesque.

Alex would be proud.

With this qualities,,, he can be even better as a team player than Trezeguet.

not at all.

Trez becamea legend here for his goals and his positioning, which were top notch. But as a footballer he lacked a lot, specially ball dominion and dribbling. He was totally unable to hold the ball or create on his own if the situation required. But what made him legendary is that his 2 main traits were so godly that simply were just enough.

But do you remember how many games Trez dissapeared if Ale was shut down?, do you remember the debates in he forum in games where we simply had like 10 players on the field because Trez had a day off?. DO you remember Trez dribbling someone?. He always , ALWAYS pivoted when he received a pass with his back to the defenders, which is ok once or twice... but not every single time u get a pass, specially in siuations that rrequire ball posetion or vision to make a deadly pass to a runner.

In Llorente, i see the qualities of a forward who can score, but also is confortable with the ball at his feet, and also he is VERY tall... something we havent had since who knows when.

Im not saying he will be better than Trez.. but i definitely see a forward that can add a new dimension with his scoring prowess, his ability with the ball and his height. Something that the unidimensional Trez was not able to do when things werent going his way
