    A future team?

    Marchisio - Sissoko - Melo

    Diego - Giovinco

    Amauri

That is sick team. So much talent and class.

And to the Del Piero fanboys, don't cry, this is the team for the future.

Melo is a Cambiasso type of player with better passes and a bit more offensive.

Isnt that what we said we needed in order to let Diego have his freedom.
Well, this exactly is the Description of Momo. So i think, there's no need for a Melo signing - except for the case Poulsen leaves and Melo will strenghten the number of players, which is very important for winning titles, imo.

Excellent DM, but not what is needed just now.

I say this is all just a tactic to put more pressure on Udinese to lower their demands.
could very well be if so its smart, look if we are going to buy another cm, its either one or the other not both, if there are more funds there is a fullback that must be bought.

melo is not a pure dm. he is more of a very good mc who can pass very well and can distribute very well the ball. in fiorentina he had more defending duties but he can do a lot more. in fact i don't think that in terms of creativity d ago and melo dont have a big difference...

Melo, Sissoko and Marchisio are all box to box players and all of those three are better at defensive play rather than offensive. Our bad defence could get some great help from the midfield while Diego and Del Piero can use their creativity up front. If Camoranesi is not injured then i think he will play instead of Marchisio.

The good thing is that I would be really happy with either Melo or D'Ago. Thank god its not Ledesma or another Poulsen.

melo and marchisio are good offencively. and they are young and they can get even better. d ago is in his peak. and i don't think we will see much more from him...

we should open a melo vs dagostino thread and discuss it...

I know that they are good offensively, but they are even better defensive. I just hope we can sign him. He is a great player:beer:

No need to sign this guy.
I'm not saying he isn't a good player, but he is the last thing we need right now, even more so when you consider the price tag.

    Exactly what i think.
I think Secco is trying to push on Udinese to accept 15mil for D'ago deal.
Can't see us spend about 20+Marco on Melo when we also need to get LB/RB or if Grygera gone than both.

    Smokescreen for D'ago.

    That's the problem :)
We do need that, but we also need a playmaker so unless we can buy both, we have to decide on one of them. This is where i can't decide if we need Melo more than D'Agostino or it's the other way around. We need both, but if we can buy only one i can't decide which one do we need more.

    hmm

sissoko and marchisio can releive diego enough no? while d'ago provides service.
