So regarding RW, you're OK with one of Kulu and Chiesa on the bench and high salary whereas the team needs addition at other positions? Not to mention we have a bunch of players who can play as RW backup (the word 'backup' is emphasized).

Kulusevski should not compete with Cuadrado. Not his role. He needs to play closer to goal so replacing Cuadrado with Chiesa is ultimately unrelated to Kulusevski.

why dislike a move for a 22 year old that has more stamina, fitness, and output than Cuadrado and Costa?

Costa is unreliable and Cuadrado is sadly getting old. These are the kind of moves needed to revitaloze the team.

See how Pirlo used the RWB role these two games, in fact, see that Iachini is playing Chiesa as a RWB at Fiore presently. That's in a flat 352 that Iachini plays as well, our 343 has the RWB much further up.

Chiesa has a goal and an assist in these two games as a wing back btw.

The kid works hard, has stamina, pace, strength, I think he'd do well in an attacking formations with three at the back. Plus, he's a super versatile player, he can play on both wings, and we could use him in 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 if Pirlo opts for that. The only downside is a reported fee.

There is a clear distinction though because in Fiorentina, Chiesa is going into a 5 man backline like a jabroni. Which is a waste of Chiesa.

In our team he wouldn't do that.

That suits perfectly Chiesa though. No point in going that much into details.

If Chiesa can do a wingback, then he surely can do RM as he's not lacking attacking attributes at all. He's quite complete as a winger. The question is whether he can bring his level up a bit yet as his current one won't set Europe on fire.

But to Kulu and Chiesa, they're RW first and foremost. They can play some other positions but they're at best as RW. Given our current financial situation, if we spend big, we should use the new players at their best strengths.

I dont agree about Chiesa`s position. I see him more of a RWB than a RW.
If you take both as RW then ofcourse I rather have Kulu

I have that feeling as well but I dont think it would happen this year but the next one.
It would be a shame losing a player like him just because no one understand his value

For me, Kulusevski is much more of a half-space player, something closer to Dybala.

Chiesa is a classic 4-4-2 outside flank player.

It's very possible, maybe even optimal for them to play together. Chiesa stretches the backline laterally and Kulu can come into that space between the CB and fullback.
