Very simplistic notion - the other players aren't exactly geriatrics.

He's not accustomed to playing at the highest level just yet - he lacks that experience. His muscles aren't fully developed yet, and he's not exactly a Vidal or Montolivo in terms of stamina.

I know a coach that says thats inexperience and older players dont have that issue lol

fatigue isn’t just physical. Think about it the guy went from serie C to starter for juventus playing against superstars like Messi, Neymar etc. that’s quite the adjustment he’s had to make, and not just physically.
