Well so far these statements have come in quite quickly it it hasnt been denied so it looks pretty much wrapped up.For his sake he better have a drastic change in form or he'll retire in shame & then we are back to square one bitching about the defence.

I'm starting to have a second thoughts about this transfer.

I was hoping to see Criscito here after the end of the season but we might lose him (yeah, fucking pathetic, I know). So if it's that way it HAS to be Cannavaro + one more defender.

MADRID, Spain -- Real Madrid have denied reports they have agreed to sell Spanish international right back Michel Salgado to Juventus during the summer transfer window.

The speculation started after Real signed defender Sergio Ramos from Sevilla for 27 million euros four years ago and the announcement that they have secured the return of Argentine defender Ezequiel Garay.

"We would like to make it clear that we are not considering selling Salgado to another team," said a Real spokesman.

Salgado, who will be 34 in October, joined Real from Celta Vigo in 1999 and is under contract to the club until 2010.

Well if Canna comes in its either Ariaudo or Criscito out on loan or possibly sold.
I was counting on Criscito to play on the left as he had some good games for Genoa on that position. Not so sure if I'd like this

Real throw Cannavaro and follow Zapata !! i thought we are in need for Zapata more than Real who will pay 12m for him !!! Canna as a sub ok, but as a starter, i think i have doubts

Now juve have very very solid defence line.

    molinaro-chiellini-cannavaro-salgado

    Why no Roberto Carlos?
well that's gonna be a very balance for defensive department i say , 2 old man and 2 young man :pumpkin: we would strong on the left side but , with those 2 old man on the right side , any quick left sided opponents will rip us easily , poor Buffon .

    we wont loose criscito
    its a loan deal
its like the giovinco deal last year
they have and option to buy 50% of his contract
    we can denied it
if we loose criscito and loose 7m
we might kill secco right now

No, it's nothing like Giovinco's deal with Empoli last year.. See my posts in the criscito thread, we have no contractual right to deny the set price of 5.900.00 for 50% of Criscito that Genoa can purchase
