I’m sure this will be chalked down to a lot of missed chances, poor individual errors on the goals, unable to retain the ball for any period of time to take the sting out of the game and for those who the narrative suits - Allegri.

If it means we finally get a proper reset from zero again in the summer with few contracts renewed, a new coach and a savvy sporting director then that is evidently what’s needed. If not then we are destined to endure torrid times and a longer road back to the top.

This club is so snowed under in terms of ambition. We are so deep into the banter era. I’m not sure what it will take to pull us out of it, but drastic changes are needed. I can’t blame anyone for today’s disappointment, it’s the entire philosophy of the club that needs to be lobotomized.

New ownership.

West ham knocked out Sevilla last season. We let the Europa king shit get to our heads. There's no such thing, just one team wants it more than the other. Winning breeds winning, and in our case, losing breeds losing. Until we wake the fuck up and fight, because we're sick of being perennial losers. I don't mind losing if we played our heart out, but we didn't. We let them psychologically bully us, that's what defending deep does with little to none pressing does. Bully the players, those sitting on the bench and those sitting at home and in the stands. Fucking messed up, physically we couldn't win anything until the ball hit the box, it's like only bremer, danilo and Gatti are made like men, but defenders don't win you games, and neither does a pussy coach who is obsessed with his deluded way of football. We are a nothing club. Not #allornothing but #justnothing.

Yep.

There is no point blaming individual players on this one, our coach is an absolute fraud who has consistently made the same mistakes in Europe, especially after our two good runs. More scared or losing than he is of not winning.

Not only in Europe but in every game, we score and then sit back. It's just shit coaching, it's scared coaching and it saps energy from the players. You just can't go anywhere with that.

If by some miracle we had won this and gotten to the final we would probably have lost and to be honest winning would've papered over the cracks

We need big changes, we need a new direction and hopefully this leaves Allegri with no chance of remaining as our coach.
How that's not obvious to everyone is beyond me

We lost the tie in the first leg. It was an embarrassing performance at home and a bizarre lineup/subs.

I actually thought we did well tonight and wasted excellent chances at a very difficult ground (hit the post twice, Rabiot x 2 bad misses, Chiesa x 2 bad misses, Gatti should have scored early on). A draw was probably a fair result but the damage was done in Turin and Allegri's subs were poor. Miretti and Chiesa coming on cost us, although I'll admit I wanted Chiesa on.

Not surprised with the result. Losing has become the norm at this club. It has become the core of our DNA, almost like it is acceptable.

everybody asked for it. nobody thought that chiesa would eventually cost us

as for our team, tek obviously gets a pass, he had some incredible saves. bremer, gatti weren't bad either. danilo was immense for most of the corners, but iirc it was him who failed to track lamela for their 2nd goal. vlahovic actually fought for a few balls, and that resulted in our goal. others had a meh or straight out terrible match
Should’ve been Chiesa for Illing who didn’t do shit all game
