On paper he's underrated in his last four tournaments he has finished, semi, final, quarters and now a final. That's pretty good going for an England manager. I remember him saying a while back that England had to learn from the likes of Italy Spain and Germany. Seems like they learnt alright. They didn't even turn up and won. That said, they've been lucky in 3 out of 4 of these tournaments, lucky with the teams they met up to at least quarters or semis. And again, they got extremely lucky with the pen.
