Handball that stops a shot at goal while swinging almost half a meter away from his body is a PK 10/10 times if it did not come off a ricochet or very close proximity, it took an confusion in the interpretation with a newly added rule just prior to the tournament starting for it to not be called this time around, and be sure it will still be called as a handball in future cases when it occurs.
