Denmark is stronger than Austria, Belgium is pretty much on par with Netherlands, so this pretty much is only about France, which really couldn't have been predicted. I don't think many foresaw Germany getting nearly knocked out by Hungary, they'd have switched their branch if they won their game as expected.
