The second half, which will give the second finalist, looks like this:
Winner group E (Sweden, Spain, Slovakia)-Ukraine
England-runner up group F (Germany, France, Portugal)

Netherlands-Czech Republic

If it's the third in group E who makes it in the 4th best third placed teams, then it's:
Belgium-third placed in E (Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Poland)
Italy-Austria

winner of group F (France/Germany)-Switzerland
Croatia-runner-up in group E (Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Poland)

So, pretty much it's Belgium and the Netherlands who will be interested Ukraine to make it or not. If Ukraine makes it, then Belgium will get France/Portugal. If Ukraine doesn't make it, then the Netherlands get Portugal/France.

Yeah, I do. France is already in. And the venue is in Budapest. Normally, save for the 2016 Final, a France-Portugal is a horrorshow lineup for Portugal. But I'm not so sure tonight will be.

I work with machine learning in cancer therapy, never trust it. Deep learning and more layers of information will put England to win every tournament if you go by individual players and stats. If you add Timo Werner stats to the mix and Germany don't get out of the group stages.
