In that case Finland are out and the last place will be between Ukraine and the third placed team in group E (Spain's group)... let's say it's Slovakia.

If it's Ukraine who make it, this is how the first knockout round will look:

So, pretty much it's Belgium and the Netherlands who will be interested Ukraine to make it or not. If Ukraine makes it, then Belgium will get France/Portugal. If Ukraine doesn't make it, then the Netherlands get Portugal/France.
