I think it's obvious.

BTW it's not a coincidence Melo upped his game with Aquilani next to him. Diego is easy on the eyes, flashy moves and all that, but football intelligence beats that any time of day.

Melo played several games with no Aquilani but with Marchisio next to him and he did super well too. I don't get your point.
Super well", great way to get your point across.

Well we also bought Krasic, which reverted us back to style of play which we are familiar with. But no with Diego, you gotta make adjustments...and pray he has a good day.

Face it guys, Diego was a complete miss for Juvenuts. It was clear as day a year ago, it really should be clear now with all this hindsight. :sigh:

He's just trying his best to discredit Diego, but a lot of it is nonsense.
Hahaha, the hypocrite speaks. The guy who acknowledges nothing the other side says. Give me a break. Stop writing as discussing with you is like discussing with a wall.

Fun to be right, no? :D

I can't wait until Amauri has retired with a 7 goal average per season and people will still be saying he was the right man :D

Everybody was a complete miss for Juventus last year. Tying him to all our failures is called scapegoating.

And to me, you're just angry we didn't buy Modric, which is like me saying Del Piero is finished because we didn't sign Landon Donovan. You're like a used car salesman.

True that you need adjustments having Diego in your team. That is a fact. But he's head and shoulders above Modric, until Modric plays for a big club and prove his worth we'll have to wait, let's see how long we'll wait.

I give credit to Modric. He's a good player. But you have no credibility on the Modric issue.

After Juve's last year performance, Juventus squad > Modric. I think you're right, we would have outplayed Inter in the League and the likes of Bayern, Man. Utd in CL with Modric in our team.

No, no, Diego needed more time, just like Amauri needs...a few more years.
Pavel needed more time, and guess what? He won the Ballon d'Or.

Zidane needed 2nd year and guess what? He was world's best player.

And guess what? Pavel in his first years was playing the exact position Diego has been playing.

I'm not comparing them of course, I'm just saying praising yourself for the things you said about Diego is not clever.

Like Diego proved. :howler:

I'm not angry at all we didn't buy Modric, I'm angry we bought Diego. I'm angry we overpayed him and lost 10m in the process, tens of millions more as an side-effect of a completely bust season. Diego is not the sole reason we sucked, but he is one of the main ones. Face it, had we bought then and there a winger, proper replacement for Nedved, stuck with 4-4-2, we would be playing CL this year and with an improved squad to boot.

Diego was unfortunate to play under inexperienced coach with a terrible performances by everyone.

Playing for Juventus is worth Modric's whole career, up until now.

Are you really? You remind me of couple members mad and angry why we used to pay Dp such huge wages and why we're still paying him so much, as if you guys are paying from your own pockets.
