Personally I prefer Higuain, I like my Strikers who have the ability to make something out of nothing, you look at Higuains goals this season and look at some of Rooneys and Higuain is technically the better Striker, I would take Higuain over Rooney in my team. Plus he's 3 years younger.

I wouldn't say Higuain is better than Rooney technically. Rooney has got the better first touch and he's the better passer, Higuain might be better at close control and in turn dribbling. But all in all Rooney is slightly better technically in my eyes. Higuain scores a lot of wonder goals thats true, but i'd argue that thats due to the poor levels of defending in the Liga.

The rest of the Liverpool team aren't likeable enough for me to root for them. If Liverpool were to score, I'd definitely want it to be Kuyt though, for obvious reasons. But I'd rather he has a quiet night.
