Considering Ebola is not that hard to contain when using proper quarantine and disposal of corpses, it wont get that far.

To actually get an epidemic or even pandemic you need shorter incubation times, and the pathogen to spread via air and inhalation. Wich is why spanish flu was such an amazing killer.
