Those two senses are hidden and if you fail to the new, I will advise you to read about sense integration.

Edit: Thought of another one - heat. You can feel heat without using any of your basic 5 senses
I guess cold too then? I don't think you get the concept of this. Just for the record you don't need to touch things with your fingertips to use the sense touch.

And the hidden part made me chuckle a bit :D

Nah, you don't get it. If you do some quick googling, you will learn that within neurology, they work with 9 senses.
There is plenty of empirical data that proves me right.

Edit: Why did it make you chuckle?

Quick google search... "any fool can know, the point is to understand"

Anyway, even if it's a stupid argument of mine, it still stands I think, what you don't see doesn't mean it don't exists.

I came with a perfectly fine example (heat) - prove me wrong then.
You want me to prove that there is no heat? Why?

Or that those senses you say do no exist? Again, why?

It's so surreal it seems all you want to do is argue without any reason whatsoever, and even without topic too, just for the sake of it.

Kids debates better than you do right now. We talked about senses and you have given me nothing that proves me wrong.
But hey, you don't think body awareness is a hidden sense, so I'm the stupid one arguing with you.

The problem is you don't understand that I didn't debate or even tried to dabate senses and their existence. All I said is that if you cant sense something with your regular senses doesn't that mean it doesn't exist, you switched topic about debating senses and their existence, which I never tried to dabate, I just asked you to name others and doing a quick google search you did name few, that's all.

ur senses are so easily manipulated by ur mind that they obviously do not give any proof of whether or not ur superstitious beliefs are correct.

therefore those who have 'felt' god have as good a case as those who've seen a ufo.

so can we all just skip these middle age thought processes and accept that religion is just old school philosophy, law, norms and so on.

thx

I know I went off topic. You said we have 5 senses and I disagreed, and we argued about that.

Expanding on juventudes' point, if something cannot be detected by any of our bodily senses, then how do we determine that it exists? Do we know of any methods that bypass empirical evidence, yet yield identical results?
