Why would you assume that. If the 41% applies to Christianity it probably applies to most religion. Ps this really has nothing to do with the actual topic of God existing or not

I am just wary of anything put forward by an organisation with a specific cause, that's all. And you cannot say that "If it's true of Christianity, it's likely true of all others". And he doesn't.

If that's what you believe that's fine but in 90% of this whole thread it has been side tracked with little deviations of religion , dogma etc etc. when in reality none of that matters. The truth is even for the believers and or non believers there isn't proof either way it's always a matter of faith

No why would you do that. The discussion or journey is the whole point. It is important to see all sides of a discussion. Locking yourself down with one belief and never questioning is silly and a bit ignorant
It is faith sheik. You don't want to admit it but science has never disproven God nor has religion proven him. In the end whichever side of the fence you are on you're final belief is that of faith

Really, I don't know how much we should talk about it. We should discuss why people believe what they do, what people believe, etc. but discussing ad nauseum who is correct when none of us can know seems a magnificent waste of time.

That's neither helpful nor the point. If people believe in a deity and don't follow a religion. Say they believe in a creator how is that an excuse and for what?
