well, we all have a job to do......lets just say that some things that they deem to be of a serious nature we kind of shrug our shoulders at in the city 
I woke up one hour ago (5:30AM) because of noises, like someone is getting beaten or tortured, went out to the balcony and saw a girl laying on ground, bleeding and begging for help. I thought someone raped her or she got robbed or something, and at the same time my freakin neighbors all watching her from their balconies like they are watching circus, it freaked me out.. I have no clue what cop number or ambulance number is, tried to search internet, didn't find anything (I guess our government either don't have official website or they name some freaky address which is hard to find). I dialed 3digit random number (it's probably police ) and asked the ambulance number, called the ambulance, I probably woke him up 
told him that a girl is in pain and bleeding, you know what the idiot told me? to go down there to see if she is ok, or find some guys to help, I started to yell at his face and insulted him and his family, and he asked me my number and name, and I gave it. 15-20 minutes, and no one came, called again, and started to insult the mother fucker and threatened him, and said I know some people that will kick his ass for doing this if he doesn't send it right now, I guess he was scared and was like "sure sir, I will send it right now" and the ambulance arrived in 5 minutes. Can't believe how idiotic these people are
Turned out the girl is a maid, from Philippine took her stuff and passport to run (she was probably being treated as a slave), she tried to escape from the balcony put a rob and tried to jump down, she probably fell on her face, her teeth were broken and bleeding.. few minutes later police arrived to investigate..

So let me get this straight... you're mad at people just staying on their balconies and doing nothing... while when the guy you called told you to go down and help her you told him to fuck off, and probably stayed on your balcony watching (I didnt see you say you went down to help her)?
there is some logic to what u r saying but let me explain sth tiny for u. you see in the arab world mainly the messed up countries like syria, egypt, etc etc u can get blamed for saving life!! for example if u r driving yr car and u come across some one who got knocked out by another car and u get out of yr own car carry this poor patient and put him in yr own car and rush him to hospital u become a suspect!!! now this is bec Mubarak's motto pre rev was " you r guilty until proven other wise" unlike developed nations where there is respect for human life " you r innocent until proven guilty"
now things are starting to change so hopefully human life returns back to being the main priority. so in conclusion snoop is not a bad guy in fact he is a responsible person and him calling for help says a lot. its not his fault the regime operates this way where people are terrorized when it comes to helping another human regardless of what this maid did or did not do.

I called from home, while searching the number through the internet, I went down next to her, and she showed me that her leg is broken, she couldn't move. I didn't touch and I wouldn't because I am not a professional, and I don't know how to lift someone who's bones are probably broken, I probably would do worse if I lifted her.as for the "fuck off" part, I said that because he didn't act quick, he didn't want to send the ambulance (and he didn't at first call) and not that he meant "I will send you the ambulance, but you go next to her and try to help her"..
