i can only think of one formation when i'd have to include diego and that would be:

Amauri/Trez

Nedved/Gio - Diego(/DP) - Camo/Marchionni
Sissoko - Poulsen​

and honestly... i don't know if i should like this formation.

playing on the left you should at least have the option to cross with the left foot and using the left foot is not actually camos strong side ...

you can be right footed and know how to cross with the left like nedved or you could be left footed and don't know how to cross with the left or the right, but lets leave molinaro out of that right now...

I posted too quickly without thinking it through as I tried to get all our stars into that formation. (excluding Nedved and Alex because I dont see them as starters for much longer)

Zanetti or Poulsen can sit just infront of the defense. A 3 man mid also suits Tiago well from Lyon and his Chelsea days. When Camo is Available we could play a 4222 with him and Diego creating behind the strikers:

I think that mid would get dominated. Sissoko would be chasing ppl around by himself and Camo and gio would not provide the cover we need infront of the Defense. Even with a new top CB we could not play something like that. Nor would we seeing how we have Zanetti, Poulsen, Marchisio and Tiago as well as Sissoko.

The only change i see in Juve when/if Diego arrives (and i think that is the purpous of buying Diego) would be Diego instead of Poulsen!! That is the only change that will happen...

that's why I like Pellegrini so much
they play exciting and unpredictable football, the reason why such a relatively small club can compete with Real, Barca, Sevilla...
