i understand,and im not for spending money on new stadium which will be finished who knows when and spend x amount, when we can modernize current one and have some "change" to buy few new players to enable us to fill delle alpi and make more money out of it than with our own..

yeah , i agree with that but a club like Juventus should have a 45k stadium at least , 50.000 would be perfect IMO

well then as i said before, let's make a 15k stadium it will be full all the time and have a great atmosphere . :faq1:

So what if it will be half empty most of time , you have to think also about earnings from tickets . in 2003 the game against Real there was a 5mil. euros of profit just from the tickets , if you have 6-7 games in the whole season where the stadium is full then thats 30 mil of profit and thats not a small amount of money.

yeah for the rest of the games it will not be full , but it's not full now when we have a 25k stadium.

that is the reason why i think we should have a bigger stadium.

It will be full for some games if the capacity isn't massive. Remember, the capacity for the huge games (Milan and CL knockout games) were about 28,000 at best, partly because the atmposphere at Delle Alpi was crap. If that can be improved, I think we can have a 35,000 capacity for some games.

yeah that's true but don't you think if they made it better , remove the running track , better visibility, that in that case 45-50k, will be easily filled ( not all the time of course but for big games definitely)

and probably ticket revenues in the long run.
Ppl are discouraged to go in the Delle Alpi for a sum of reasons,
removing the track and make it look like an arena will add a lot to the magic feel a fan gets, when he reaches in the stadium and he will def want to come back.

I think that without the money from the Italian federation, we will end up just restyling it and not with rebuilding it.
Removing the track will be a great plus, 50.000 seats are more than enough,
but still it doesnt justifies the two lost years, Delle Alpi should be ready for our CL battles next year, if we were starting to work when we supposed to, but our managers are just:melayyanandmessi:

i think a new stadium would increase the number of visitors...the most people hate the della alpi because of the bad view...we should build a new one with 45-50k. and plz reduce the ticket prices

As long as a camera is installed in direction of the pitch I don't care about the stadium.

Haha ... YES, Camera angle for games show in TV is very important.

50K looks like its the best option. Anything smaller like 30-35K will strictly restrict the gate receipts for big games against Torino, Milan, Inter, Real and Barca etc.

I think we should build a stadium juventus is happy with for the next 30 or 40 years or nothing. A club like juventus should be able to spend 120 millions on a stadium. Much smaller clubs with less money managed to build nice stadiums for 40.000 to 50.000 fans. if we are able to spend 30 to 50 millions on the transfer market every year we should be able to build a stadium for 120 millions.
Before 2003 our average attendance at matches was between 40.000 nd 50.000. I think a lot of fans will come back to the stadium if we have a nice stadium without running track.
Juventus will have to raise a loan if we do not get money from fiat but other clubs like schalke or arsenal also needed a loan (even 200millions+) to build their stadium.

don't forget that a new or in this case revamped stadium will attract more spectators, there are numerous examples for this
we have the potential to fill our stadium every game, I know there are several reasons why we have such low attendances but I'm sure a new or improved stadium, if they do it well, will generate a new optimism among the fans.
the team has always been great so that is not a reason but I'm sure a new venue will increase our fan base in Turin
