Del Piero at Man United?

HAHAHAHAHA
What's so funny about that? Del Piero has always wanted to play in England and IIRC Sir Alex is an admirer of ADP. Plus, there's talk about RVN leaving United so they'd need a new striker.

If DP leaves this summer I think he'll either go to Man U or Arsenal (if Henry goes to Barca).

Personally, I'd rather see him at Man U. I don't really like United, and I'm a fan of Arsenal, but he'd do well there, and to see Edwin and Ale back together would do my heart good.

Yeah, I think he'd do well at Old Trafford. I don't like United but DP could really prosper under Sir Alex.

Sir Alex would do well in a coffin and would really prosper 6 feet below earth level

Cheers :pint:

I am sure he will use him where Keane used to play.

i cant see del piero going anywhere. really, he accepts his bench role, never moans about that, and he'll be 32 next year. why would he want to go?
The same reason Figo went to Inter (at 32)

Figo is the worst example of a player you could pull out of the drawer when trying to find comparisons here..

He left Barcelona for REAL MADRID ffs

That's like Del Piero switching to AC Milan at the height of his career

The Inter-move just shows what a complete moron Figo is

Del Piero will stay at Juventus forever because he has put his soul into this club

no you got it wrong, bro.

Remember? Figo left Real Madrid, cause the coach kept him on bench, even when he was their most inform player, and he was 32 (like Ale this year).

See what I'm saying?

PS Obviously Figo is nowhere near as great guy, as Alex is ;)

Sure thing man, and no - he's not - he's a lying son of a bitch..

Remember those false accusations about Moggi?

My point earlier was that he can't have much of a sense of loyalty when switching from Barcelona to Real Madrid.

Barcelona fans will never forget that and neither will I

Del Piero, on the other hand, is one faithful "mofo" :)

Manchester United is more likely to acquire the services of Figo than Del Piero.

del will stay in turin and play for juve for years to come. The media always takes the wrong things from the conversation. In that same interview he could of said I would love to spend my entire career with juve, but that isn't interesting because it wouldn't be a surprise. Del wants more playing time and he will get it next year and he deserves it. He has had a good thing going and he is keeping his options open.

figo was constantly moaning though. raul isnt a natural starter nowadays, but do you see him leaving? a move to premiership wouldnt make sence neither from perspective of del piero nor juventus.
